Anything but a Backpack Day
A huge thank you to the Stanley County Student Council who suggested a wonderful creative event that we could all take part in; just for fun!! Backpacks while extremely functional have a tendency to be quite similar and uninteresting.
Thus, the student council is declaring Wednesday, January 26 as ‘Anything but a Backpack Day’. On Wednesday students are encouraged to:
Get creative! Use your imagination! What can you use instead of your backpack? Leave those backpacks at home!
Congratulations to the SC One Act Play Cast and Crew members. They were 1 of 2 teams moving onto the state competition. Stanley County competed in Region 5 with a total of 5 teams.
