August-September Elementary Students of the Month were selected on Thursday, October 12. Students include from left to right - Second grade - Truly Dowling, Third grade - Audree Prince, Fifth grade - Liz Nemec, Fourth grade - Bentley England, First grade - Hunter Bochman, and Kindergarten - Skaists Hallor. Students are selected based on the ROAMS categories of respect, ownership, achievement, mindfulness, and safety.
The 4th and 5th grade students visited Mr. Johnson's Ag classroom to learn more about chickens. They are researching and using the information they obtain to write reports for ELA.
It's Playoff Day! Reminders for tonight's football game against Freeman/Marion/Freeman Academy:
Gates will open by 5:40pm. Please no signs, banners, and noisemakers - this is a SDHSAA rule we are to follow. Admission is $7 for adults and $5 for students - NO Activity Passes will be accepted. Kickoff at 7pm.

Gymnastics Update:
The Stanley County School Board voted to dissolve gymnastics because of low numbers and not having two qualified coaches mainly for safety reasons. Thank you.
Playoff Football Information:
Admission will be $7 for adults and $5 for students - no activity passes will be accepted and Stanley County students will have to pay to get in! Kickoff is 7pm.
