The Middle-High School has named its December Students and Staff of the Month. Staff members are chosen by the students of the month. Congratulations to Mrs. Amber Garrett, Computer and Personal Finance teacher, who was selected as Staff of the Month. Mrs. Garrett has 14 years of experience at Stanley County and works diligently to help students develop work skills and navigate the process of finding and applying for jobs. She also assists students with college applications and scholarships for post-secondary education opportunities. Her favorite part of teaching is seeing students discover their skills and talents and use them in the world!
Students are selected based on the ROAMS categories of Respect, Ownership, Achievement, Mindfulness, and Safety. The students selected are pictured left to right: Sydnee Green (10th), Raena Anderson (7th), Emily Nemec (11th), Dylan Foote (6th), Landon Bame (11th), Noah Malean (9th), and Kourtney Hughes (8th).
