On Wednesday, 11/13/24, Mrs. Todd’s 4th grade language arts classes had the opportunity to listen to Mr. Michael Wells from the Air Force, who spoke about the importance of the military and what it means to be a veteran. Meanwhile, Mrs. Todd’s 5th grade language arts classes were able to hear from Mr. Michael Dowell, who has served in both the Air Force and the Army, about what life is like in the military. Mr. Dowell is a 3rd grade teacher at Stanley County Elementary.
